Four Levels of Care

In hospice care, there are typically four levels of care provided to meet the varying needs of patients. These levels are designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of end-of-life care. The four levels of care in hospice are:

Helping Hand Gesture

Routine Home Care

Routine Home Care represents the most prevalent form of Hospice Care, providing Nursing Home Aide services for pain management, emotional, and assistance with daily activities. This care is available in patients homes or in long-term care facilities.

Elderly Support Interaction

Respite Care

Hospice Respite Care is a short-term inpatient care service provided to the patient and their caregivers. It is designed to provide a break in caregiving for the patient's caregiver(s). This service helps to ensure that the patient is able to receive the highest quality of care, while also providing a much needed break for the caregiver.

Continuous Care

Hospice's Continuous Care service offers 24/7 support during critical situations. Our committed team delivers high-quality palliative care and effectively manages acute symptoms, ensuring comfort during your time of need.

General Inpatient Care

General Inpatient Care is a service provided by our Hospice for the management of pain and symptoms that cannot be effectively addressed in other settings. Typically of a short-term, this care is delivered in hospitals, hospice units, or long-term care facilities. Our proficient team is committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
